Corporation Permits
Incorporation of practices for licensed NDs and DCs is governed under the RHPA, its associated Regulations and the Bylaws. Please make sure you are compliant with all requirements.
A Professional Corporation Permit issued by NSCNR is required if your practice is an incorporated entity. A licensed individual may be required to hold a corporation permit, if the ND/DC is an “employee” of a Non-Professional Incorporated Business (not an independent contractor). The Corporation permit must be displayed publicly within the practice to ensure transparency. Corporation Permits must cover all business locations. Separate permits may be required for each location.
